Awareness programme on strengthening FPO’s through Good agricultural practices at Nalgonda on 30/12/2022.

An awareness programme on NABARD funded project was organized at Nalgonda on 30/12/2022. The Project Investigator of team Dr.K.Madhubabu, Professor & Head, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar and Co PI Dr. T. Mangal Deep, Senior Scientist (Agronomy) ICAR-IIRR, Dr. K. Shailaja and Dr. V. Ravinder Naik, founder SSRSS and F3 R. Ramesh, N. Rameshchandraiah, founder, Mithra foundation, also representatives from different parts of Nalgonda, Suryapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri participated in the awareness programme . Dr.K. Madhubabu , PI of project while addressing the members has oriented the objectives and operational guidelines of the NABARD funded project to strengthen the FPO’s. He also said that FPO’s are major innovation of strengthening farmers, socioeconomic conditions and Government is according highest priority to FPO’s to make farming a profitable option.
